Datong

At about 80 km southeast of Datong, the monastery, suspended at flan mountain, older than 1 400 years, is an impressive place not to be missed on the road to Mongolia.
The Yungang Buddhist caves, a few kilometers from Datong, 50.000 statues of Buddha, ranging from a few cm to 17 meters high.
